All wedding planning services start with an initial meeting to determine your needs for the big day. Any questions you have or ideas you want to discuss, we are here to listen. Whether you are looking for someone to handle the entire wedding planning process, or someone you trust to execute your wedding as a day of coordinator, we have the option that best suits your needs.

Wedding Management

Planning a wedding is only part of the process. We make sure that everything goes smoothly on one of the biggest days of you and your partners life. We know how to anticipate needs before they arise, fix any issues before they become a problem and work professionally with vendors, staff and guests. We handle everything, leaving you free to enjoy your amazing wedding day!

Licensed Officiant

Needing that other important someone to make this day come together? We've got you covered there too, by being a licensed officiant. Big, small or just an elopement - we offer officiant services as well.

Initial Consult

Free

Our first meeting. Let's see if we're a good match.

Planning/Coordination Package

$4,500

Everything after the the initial consult - This includes a 6 month, 6 week, and 1 week prior to the wedding meetings, wedding rehearsal, and the wedding day.

Coordination Add-on Meetings

$175/hour

Need to meet outside of the milestone meeting times? Not a problem, just pay the hourly rate for any extra time necessary.

Officiant Services

$350

Two week meeting, Rehearsal, and Wedding Ceremony

Travel and Lodging Fee

$500

If necessary to travel to your wedding (2+ hour drive from Denver)

Travel Accomodations Outside of Colorado

$2,500

If necessary to travel to your wedding in another state. This will cover airfare, lodging for the weekend, and rental car fees for me and my team.
