All wedding planning or coordination services start with an initial meeting to determine your needs for the big day. Any questions you have or ideas you want to discuss, we are here to listen. Whether you are looking for someone to handle the entire wedding planning process for you, or someone who can act as a sounding board to your ideas and vision, we have the option that best suits your needs. Whether you call it planning or coordination, communication is key in order for Grey Designs to set the standard for your wedding weekend.

Wedding Management
Planning a wedding is only part of the process. We make sure that everything goes smoothly on one of the biggest days of you and your partners life. We know how to anticipate needs before they arise, fix any issues before they become a problem and work professionally with vendors, staff and guests. We handle everything, leaving you free to enjoy your amazing wedding day!
Licensed Officiant
Needing that other important someone to make this day come together? We've got you covered there too, by being a licensed officiant. Big, small or just an elopement - we offer officiant services as well.

Initial Consult
Free
Our first meeting. Let's see if we're a good match.
Unlimited Planning/Coordination Package
$5,000
Everything after the initial consult - As the client you get all my time for your event. Meaning I am not restricting your access to me from the time you sign the contract until the end of the reception. I will build your timeline for the entire event, correspond and coordinate all vendors, and be the main point of contact for you and everyone involved in your day.
This does include a mandatory 6 month, 6 week, and 1 week prior to the wedding meetings as wwedding rehearsal, and the wedding day.
Officiant Services
$500
Two week meeting, Rehearsal, and Wedding Ceremony
Any other meetings will also be covered by this cost but the above meetings are mandatory.
Travel and Lodging Fee
$800
If necessary to travel to your wedding (2+ hour drive from Denver).
Travel Accomodations Outside of Colorado
$3,000
If necessary to travel to your wedding in another state. This will cover airfare, lodging for the weekend, and rental car fees for me and my team.
